Over the last 3 years I've worked to build a community of like minded people who want to get fit, feel good, move better and support each other. I teach and run Classes out of PureGym Ocean Terminal & CrossFit Luth. The people I work with support each other, we talk around the gym, we message on Whatsapp & we do things together in and out of the gym. The best bit is you get to choose how involved you want to be. you can be a solo gym goer or you can ask to come along to the next trip to Ninja Warrior. Its organic and its built slowly over time. We preach kindness, support, empathy and being each others biggest cheerleaders. From Matching branded hoodies to sunday coffees & cakes after a sweaty class.

I’m a complete beginner. Can I still work with you?

Yes absolutely, I work with all abilities. I have been a complete beginner so I know what its like. I've spent years honing my craft so I can get you there quicker than it took me.

My job is to build solid foundations so you can achieve the results you want. I have a proven track record of working with all abilities to gain skill, competence and confidence.

How do I know which of your services is right for me?

I want my service to be of value to you, so lets book in a free call or taster session to discuss your goals and find the right fit for you. Its your money & time and its so important I deliver for you.

How do I access my workouts?

When we work together I build your programs in an app called WodUp. It will track all your progress, and share with you all the resources (written and video based) I have created and uploaded to support you duringyour own sessions as well as when we train together.

What sort of coach are you?

Clients always seem to love how enthusiastic and supportive I am. In truth i just have lots of faith in my clients, and I know you can achieve stuff. I'm there to celebrate every win, and support you when it gets tough I want to instil self belief and give you accountability and support on your journey so one day you wont need me. I am supportive, honest, caring coach that believes everyone deserves to feel good and move well

What qualifications and experience do you have?

Qualifications I have:

A level 3 Personal Trainer

CrossFit Level 2 qualification

CrossFit Judging certificate

Scottish Mental Health First Aid

HNC in Soft Tissue Therapy

A university degree in Information Systems from Heriot Watt University (technology and Project Management)

I have been a personal trainer since 2022, but I have over 18 years of experience in the the fitness industry. I have worked with athletes and clients at all levels and have over 200 hours of sports massage under my belt. Additonally, I have worked in multiple fitness settings (small group, group ex, CrossFit coaching in a box, one to one PT and delivering outdoor classes).

Additionally I have successfully worked with numerous clients on complex rehab cases & with people with different support needs including complex mental health
