Hey, I'm Conor!

Hi, I’m Conor — Head Coach and founder of Persevere Fitness.

I help people build strength, fitness, and confidence through functional training and supportive coaching. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating, and that consistency beats perfection every time.

Persevere Fitness was built to give people a place where they feel safe to learn, sweat, and grow — together.

Some things to know about me are:

Qualified & Licensed Coach/Therapist - PT Level 3, CrossFit L1 &l2, HNC Sports Massage Therapist

Experienced - 1000s of hours spent honing my craft, working with people from all walks of life to get results. Across all aspects of fitness

Values driven - I believe fundamentally in the power of what can be achieved when we show up & work together.
